The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing first-class financial support to key stakeholders. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure the integrity of financial data, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and deliver valuable insights that shape business strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters, supporting key decision-making.
  • Playing a vital role in the month-end close process and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Preparing detailed financial analyses and reports.
  • Driving process improvements within the finance structure.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement and financial regulations.
  • Supporting the production of year-end accounts and financial reports.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective budgeting and forecasting.

What You'll Need

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with:

  • ACA qualification or ACCA/CIMA with significant experience.
  • Strong experience in management and financial accounts.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to analyse large volumes of data.
  • Excellent report-writing skills with the ability to tailor insights for different audiences.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Oracle is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in preparing statutory accounts and supporting budget and forecast processes.
