We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join a well-known retail business based just outside of Walsall with hybrid working on offer. The person for this position will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in leading a team.

As the lead FP&A Manager you will lead the financial planning and analysis processes for this fast-growing group. Overseeing key deliverables such as the annual budget process, rolling forecasting, long term financial planning and commercial business partnering.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A function, managing a team of analysts.
  • Provide regular financial analysis and insights to senior management, developing and implement a company-wide financial planning and analysis process.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling forecast model to support business strategy alongside providing analysis and recommendations on business performance and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement financial plans.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a an FP&A Manager within a retail business.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial modelling and analysis tools with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
