Overview:

Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Fleet Administratorto join a leading supplier of safety and construction product. The Fleet Administrator will assist the Fleet Coordinator and Fleet Supervisor in the day-to-day management of fleet operations.

This role involves: overseeing the shared fleet mailbox, handling inquiries, facilitating vehicle transfers, and managing off-hire requests, as well as processing charges through the invoicing system.

What do I need?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with industry products and terminology
  • Experience in a fleet, transport, or hire-related role
  • Commercial awareness

Responsibilities:

  • Process damage notifications within the system, recharging costs to assigned drivers. Create workshop orders for damage repairs.
  • Manage the regional congestion charge accounts.
  • Process driver transfers and vehicle off-hires within the fleet management system.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of the fleet, including vehicle registrations, insurance details, maintenance logs, and service history.
  • Maintain the fuel card register, adding new cards and removing cards for off-hired vehicles.
  • Complete the generation of monthly reports on fuel expenses for commercial vehicles.
  • Complete monthly regional telemetry reports.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance bookings with suppliers.
