We are looking for a new permits administrator who can commit to a full time day shift for the local authorities within the Brownhills area of Walsall (WS8).

This is a strictly office based role working Monday-Friday and one that will involve you speaking to customers via the phone, updating and managing excel sheets and CRM systems.

You will be following processes, managing applications for licences, permits etc., filing, scanning, and some other typical admin duties.

To be considered - you need to have a great manner over the telephone, full computer literacy (proficiency is MS Office), have a knowledge of legislation that falls under the licensing service, and be able to prioritise and multitask.

This role offers you:

• £13.02 p/hour
• 37 hours paid per week
