We have partnered with a growing construction company based in the Walsall area who are hiring a full time permanent Plant Administrator to join their friendly Plant and Buying team. The role is based onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30-5:30pm and you will report into the Plant and Buying Director.We would like to hear from you if you have the following experience:
  • Strong admin skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in construction/plant is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organization abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Key duties of the Plant Administrator role Include:
  • Assist in sourcing and procuring plant machinery, ensuring equipment is available when needed and stock control.
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Negotiating rates and raising invoices.
  • Ensure plant equipment meets health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance, servicing, and inspections.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team.
