Your new companyYou will be joining an industry-leading contractor operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.Your new roleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Walsall office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
  • Managing subcontractor accounts
  • Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans
  • Managing subcontractor tender processes
  • Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:

  • Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contracts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving licence.
