Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant (TA) to work in various Primary Schools in Gloucester on a temporary, part time basis. This role would be perfect for a student undertaking Undergraduate Teacher Training and who would like some extra income and additional paid school experience during their degree.

The Teaching Assistant role (TA):

• Building trusting relationships with the pupils

• Contribute to an safe, engaging and positive learning environment

• Work closely with the class teacher

• Potentially conduct small group work when needed

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant (TA) role:

• Minimum Level 2 Qualification

• Good curriculum knowledge of either Early years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).

• Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools

• A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months

• A minimum of 2 excellent references
