We're looking for a Head of IT to join our clients team and to ensure seamless operations, service excellence, and security across their IT landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive the strategic roadmap of the team to ensure efficiency across all IT services.

What You'll Do:

• Own and optimise IT service delivery to ensure maximum uptime and performance
• Manage and enhance IT infrastructure (Azure, networking, cloud security)
• Lead the Service Desk team, ensuring top-tier support and SLAs
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST)
• Drive IT strategy, process improvements, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Proven IT service management experience (infrastructure, networking, cloud security)
• Strong expertise in Azure, Cisco and security frameworks
• A strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
