Test Analyst

Test Analyst with strong functional and non functional testing experience is sought by a tech for good financial services organisation based near Walsall. With large scale investment in technical innovation this Test Analyst will be joining a dynamic, autonomous team delivering technical upgrades that will facilitate the organisations commitment to digitalisation over the coming years.

This Test Analyst will be joining a highly skilled team that embodies an autonomous knowledge share driven culture allowing this individual the chance to work on greenfield projects using the latest technology.

This role would suit a Test Analyst with at least 3 years commercial experience who has experience writing and running both manual and automated testing scripts and who is happy to work closely with the Head of Change to help define a robust QA process that adhere to internal ISO best practice.

This Test Analyst based near Walsall should have most of the following key skills:

- Proven experience writing manual & automated testing scripts - Selenium, Cucumber etc
- Defining new QA processes
- Experience writing both functional & non functional test cases
- The ability to operate as a standalone Test Analyst working closely with the on-site development team
- Exposure to testing new features within a tech driven environment
- Impeccable communication skills as internal stakeholder management between technical teams will form a large part of this role
- A real can-do attitude and a passion for technology in general
- ISTQB Foundation is desirable

This will initially be offered on a day rate contract of £225 - £250 for six months with the high possibility of extension or a permanent role.
