  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants;
  • Recommend products that match customer needs;
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits;
  • Maintain and demonstrate a good level of knowledge in regards to the products that are offered;
  • Meet monthly sales targets;
  • Operate in a compliant way, in accordance with FCA guidelines;
  • Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles throughout the sales process.
