Graduate Stores and Cutting Facilities Engineer
Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4pm & Friday: 8am - 2pm (occasional flexibility as required)
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum
People Solutions are looking for a Graduate Stores and Cutting Facilities Engineer for our client based in Walsall.

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics
- Learn to operate and program beam saws, circular saws, and band saws
- Assist in managing stock control, inventory management, and order processing
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Support the wider team with cutting, storing, and preparing materials for production
- Opportunity to assist with deliveries when required (a full, clean driving licence would be advantageous)
Essential Skills:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related discipline
- A genuine interest in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing operations
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow structured processes
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of CNC cutting machines or saw operation
- An understanding of stock control and inventory management
- A full, clean UK driving licence to assist with deliveries where necessary
Training:
- Full training provided on warehouse operations, stock management, and cutting machinery
- Opportunity to obtain a Forklift Truck (FLT) licence
