Igloo is seeking a Paint Sprayer for ongoing work in Walsall, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, plus one Saturday every four weeks.
The role involves painting a variety of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme, mixing and color matching paints, and performing final prep work.
Candidates must have experience in painting vehicles to a high standard and mixing water-based paints, along with excellent attention to detail.
A full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offenses is required, as well as personal air-fed masks and paint guns.
The PAYE rate for this position is £18 per hour, and applicants should have relevant experience in automotive painting.

The Role:

Painting a range of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme.
Mixing and colour matching own paints prior to painting the vehicles.
Undertaking some final prep of vehicle prior to paint.
Painting small repairs on a single panel through to full resprays of vehicles.
Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles.
Working in a fast paced, modern, well equipped bodyshop.

What kind of person we are looking for?

Able to paint vehicles to a high standard.
Experienced in mixing water-based paints.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must hold a full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
Must have own air-fed mask and paint guns.
Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
