Zest Education is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher with expertise in French to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with a well-established school in Aldridge starting in December 2024 on a part-time basis (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Key responsibilities:- Plan and teach engaging lessons that motivate the students in your subject and cater to the needs of diverse learners- Mark and assess students work and track student progression and ensure their progress- Use excellent curriculum knowledge that continues to develop, to teach in new and engaging ways- Use strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • QTS - Qualified Teacher status in Modern Foreign Languages (ECT’s, formerly known as NQT’s, are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent subject knowledge of MFL (particularly French) in Key Stages 3 (KS3) and 4 (KS4) is essential
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A strong school reference from your recent employer/placement
