The Role:Â
Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3-years’ PQE. The role involves handling a caseload of sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and re-mortgage. You will have plenty of secretarial support along with support from more senior members of the team.Â
About You:Â
To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role, you must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least one year of experience running your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You must be a team player and pride yourself on client care, as this firm focuses on quality over quantity.Â
