Legal Secretarial Assistant

Our client based in Walsall are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretarial Assistant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Fast and accurate audio typing
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with various professionals
  • Monitoring and dealing with email correspondence
  • Legal Aid applications

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least 1 year experience of working in a department as a Legal Secretary/Assistant
  • Strong computer skills
  •  Excellent customer service
  •  Be able to manage own workload
  •  Familiar with legal aid applications

This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday.
