Exciting Opportunity: Paralegal – Contentious Trusts & Probate Team

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Paralegal to join an expanding Contentious Trusts & Probate team in Walsall.

A driving license is essential as travel to other local offices may be required from time to time.

Whether you’re experienced in this specific area of law, or you are a litigation paralegal seeking to focus on contentious probate, this could be the role for you!

About the Role

Working closely under the direct supervision of senior team members, you will receive hands-on training from experienced solicitors, with the ultimate aim of developing your skills and confidence to manage your own caseload.

You will assist on a variety of cases, including complex and high-profile matters, and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending client meetings and preparing detailed notes
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Preparing instructions to Counsel
  • Compiling and organising Court bundles
  • Communicating with clients, opponents, Counsel, and experts

In addition to casework, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in networking and marketing events, both internally and externally. These events will help you build your professional network, promote the firm and contribute to the team’s growth.
