My Walsall based client is looking for an experienced administrator to support to their busy Conveyancing department.

Benefits:

  • Salary up to 25,000
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 35 hours per week with one hour for lunch
  • 29 days of holiday

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opening and maintenance of digital files
  • Taking calls from clients and 3rd parties to deal with queries
  • Attending to clients in person
  • Scanning any incoming post and attaching to the relevant matters
  • Ensure that the correct documents from the clients have been received at the relevant time
  • Order any searches required, review if relevant and report to Fee Earner or Client
  • Assist with enquiries from buyers solicitors
  • Draft TR1 and Stamp Duty forms
  • Preparation of completion documents and notices
  • Post completion tasks inc letters and stamp duty
  • Preparation of Land Registry requisitions

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to act and operate independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
