The position is for a Licensing Officer offering a salary of £13.69 per hour.
This is a full-time, ongoing temporary role requiring 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Candidates must have proven experience in handling licensing applications and hold a Level 2 National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners.

Do you have Level 2 National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners?

Then this is the role for you! We are looking for a Licensing Officer who can commit to a full time, ongoing temporary role where you will be required to have a DBS check, have a level 2 national certificate in licensing practitioners and you MUST be able to start ASAP. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the licensing service and maintaining a high level of responsiveness to customer needs.

Customer Service
General admin duties
Provide expert advice and information on licensing matters to the public, local businesses, legal representatives, and council officers
Identify licenses subject to renewal
Data recording & Data inputting

But what experience do I need?

MUST have a DBS check
MUST be able to start ASAP
Proven experience in handling licensing applications
In-depth familiarity with the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, and Taxi legislation
Have a Level 2 National Certificate for Licensing Practitioners
