This Java Development Manager should have most of the following key skills:

- 4 years plus of recent Java experience
- Extensive team leadership capabilities (ideally with experience leading teams of 5 or more people)
- Microservice architecture experience
- Strong framework exposure - Spring, Hibernate etc
- RDBMS experience - NoSQL, MongoDB etc
- Git version control
- Awareness of cloud technologies
