Key Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding: Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Right to Work Checks: Conduct and verify right-to-work documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Draft letters, prepare contracts of employment, and manage new starter administration.
  • Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations cases, including preparing relevant documentation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in line with company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in on-boarding and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (desirable).
