Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing) Possible permanent opportunity for the right candidate Hours: Full-time / Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Temporary Payroll Administrator to support our clients payroll team during a busy period. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong payroll knowledge and a keen eye for accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Maintain and update employee records, including changes to pay, tax codes, and deductions. Handle statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. Assist in reconciling payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders in a professional manner. Support the team with payroll reporting and compliance tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a payroll administration role. Strong understanding of payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
