Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Maintain and update employee records, including changes to pay, tax codes, and deductions. Handle statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. Assist in reconciling payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders in a professional manner. Support the team with payroll reporting and compliance tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a payroll administration role. Strong understanding of payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payments. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
