- Processing the payroll for 18,000+ employees.
- Supporting different payroll processes for weekly pay, 4 weekly pay and monthly pay in Retail (UK & Ireland).
- Resolve customer/staff queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Modify as requested changes in employee data e.g. personal, salary, and other statutory e.g. SSP, SMP, SPP.
- Complete standard payroll reports for distribution.
- Get involved with process improvement.
- Experience in a Payroll position (2 years+ minimum).
- Experience with different payroll software’s such as V-look ups (an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with high volumes (essential) minimum 2,000-5,000 employees.
- End to end payroll experience.
