Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and track pupil progress in line with the national curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition during the maternity cover period.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in KS1.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for early years education.
- Ability to adapt and build relationships quickly within an established team.
