Primary School Part-time PPA Teacher (January) - Walsall

Are you an experienced Teacher looking for a part-time PPA role in Walsall? I am looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teachers to join Aspire People to work in various year groups across the school, working Tuesday - Thursday to support with growth of pupils. This role is to start January 2025 until July 2025

Responsibilities:
* Leading small group sessions to support students in their learning and development.
* Support with PPA cover for release times.
* Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
* Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

Requirements:
* QTS/ECT.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Dedication to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* A commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.
