The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will be expected to inspire, challenge, and support children to reach their full potential, while ensuring a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, enthusiastic, and professional individual, with a strong commitment to delivering high standards in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, dynamic lessons that meet national curriculum guidelines
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to learn
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the learning and development of all pupils
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student achievements and areas for development
  • Ensure effective classroom management and behaviour strategies are in place
  • Support school initiatives and contribute to wider school life
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 and/or 2
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate pupils of all abilities
  • A passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to improving student outcomes
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
