I am currently recruiting supply teachers to work in primary schools across and within the Walsall area. The majority of schools I am working with are Ofsted rated 'Good'. However, there are some that 'Requires Improvements'.

Supply teaching offers a flexible working environment with the option to work on either day-to-day supply or longer-term basis, some of which can lead to a permanent job.Your new roleWe have positions available for daily supply cover. This would be an ideal position for experienced teachers who are forward-thinking and looking to inspire young learners.

As it is day to day supply cover, there is no planning or marking, and you can choose the days and hours you work.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Hold a QTS, and have child-related references
  • Have a genuine interest in learning and are committed to continuous improvement.
  • Believe that every student, regardless of their background or needs, can make outstanding progress.
  • Are rigorous, relentless, determined, creative, and inspirational in their style and presence as a teacher
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to present engaging, thoughtful lessons.
  • Are caring and have the drive and passion to continue to develop strong relationships and well-being with staff, students, parents, governors, professionals and the local community.
