This Project Engineer position requires a skilled individual who can manage and deliver manufacturing projects while working closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing department. The role is based in Walsall, within a reputable company in the industrial / manufacturing industry.

The company is a leading entity in the industrial / manufacturing industry with a workforce exceeding 200 employees. Their main operations are based in Walsall, but they have a global reach with a variety of projects and clients.
Description
- Manage and deliver a range of manufacturing projects from start to finish.
- Work in close association with the Engineering & Manufacturing team.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project completion within set timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans for all projects.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Continuously improve project management processes and techniques.
Profile
A successful Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in managing manufacturing projects.
- Electrical projects ideal i.e wiring loom, switchgears
- Strong technical skills in industrial / manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.
Job Offer
£40,000 per year.
8:00am -17:15pm Monday - Thursday
8:00am -12:00pm Friday
