Spencer Clarke Group are currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist and lead the development of our specialised approach to neurobehavioral care. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement a comprehensive strategy for a new, cutting-edge pilot unit, setting a blueprint for expanding this model across our services.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high-quality care for individuals with acquired brain injuries, neurobehavioral challenges, and other complex neurological needs.
  • Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and healthcare commissioners involved in each individual's care.
  • Offering targeted neuropsychological support and attending scheduled review meetings for individuals in your care.
  • Undertaking assessments, therapeutic interventions, consultative services, and evaluations with professional autonomy.
  • Using outcome measures to evaluate your practice, documenting evidence of best practices, and supporting improvements in service delivery.
  • Preparing staff to deliver high-standard support for people with complex and challenging presentations in newly commissioned units.

  • Registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
