As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling residential, guiding clients through the entire sales process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experienceKey Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Property Presentation: Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing clients with detailed information on the properties available and highlighting their key features.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the local property market trends, pricing, and comparable property sales to provide accurate information to clients.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the deal. Provide expert advice on pricing and terms.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of all necessary documents related to the sale of properties, such as sales agreements, contracts, and closing documents.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial client consultation to final property transaction, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a property sales consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of property law, market trends, and property values.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and property management platforms.
- Valid driver’s license
