Experience:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Manage the reception area by answering calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail deliveries.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain various documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by organising travel arrangements and coordinating expenses.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and organising company events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Administrator / Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient management of daily administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
