About you:

  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous healthcare experience is advantageous 
  • Personable and enjoys building relationships with team members and clients

About the role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for growing a client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities through various sales techniques
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Identifying local recruitment opportunities to support team expansion
  • Collaborating with the branch manager to implement and execute growth strategies
