We're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients team within their flooring division.


Our client is a leading supplier to building merchants and manufacturers.


The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Cover the Midlands region, visiting existing and new customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the Flooring Division.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.


What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the flooring or construction industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

  • Ability to manage a field-based role and travel within the Midlands region.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
