Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students across various subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students with their learning and engagement during lessons.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.

This role offers a mix of day-to-day cover and long-term opportunities, providing flexibility and variety to suit your availability.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
