French & Spanish TeacherWe are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher of French & Spanish to join an Ofsted Good school in the Walsall area. The school is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive, who have a stable and supportive Modern Foreign Languages department, which consists of a good mix of experience who are dedicated to providing an excellent languages curriculum to their students.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging French and Spanish lessons at KS3/KS4.
  • Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve their full potential in the subject.
  • Work cross-curriculum to promote languages and cultural understanding throughout the school.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across other subjects to integrate language learning into the wider curriculum.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
  • Uphold the school's values and contribute positively to the school community.
Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification with a specialism in French or Spanish.
  • Proficiency in both French and Spanish, with the ability to teach both languages up to KS4.
