We are recruiting for multiple primary and secondary SEND schools within the Walsall area who are looking for Qualified Teachers to join their team.Working hours for this role are between 8.30 to 3.30 however you may be required to do planning/ marking outside of this time and the daily pay rate ranges from £135 - £250 per day depending on experience and the role.The ideal candidate would be passionate about supporting children in their learning, patient, and kind. The schools we work with all have a strong team of permanent staff who can support agency supply. These roles would also suit someone who is wanting to move from mainstream schools into SEND schools.Responsibilities include:Working with the students on a 1:1 and full class basisCreating a positive and inclusive learning environmentMonitoring the student's academic achievement and working towards the student's Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs)Managing the classroom and dealing with any challenging behaviour efficientlyPlease note, this job is a temporary contract with a view to go permanent in the future.
