Receiving a "GOOD" in their last Ofsted report, this school has a proud history of educating children for over many years, and they continue to create opportunities so that their pupils can shine their light on a daily basis.Your new roleYou will be working in a with a Year 1 child with Autism in the morning and supporting the Year 1 classes. Strong communication skills and a dedication to student academic progress are essential for success in this role. You will be following the EHCP plan for the child, monitoring and recording their progression and feeding back to the teacher. In the Year 1 classes, you will be supporting groups with phonics and Maths interventions. What you'll need to succeed

  • You must have 2 years experience in a classroom setting.
  • You must have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • You will be required to have experience supporting children with SEN.
  • You will be required to have experience working with KS1 children.
