  • Flex Your Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. But, be ready for some exciting weekend shifts and on-call support!

What You'll Need:

  • Leadership Experience: Ideally, you've led a team in a supported living environment, but don't worry-they'll provide guidance.
  • Personal Care Pro: Experience in providing personal care is essential.
  • Mental Health Savvy: A background in mental health and strong communication skills will set you apart.
