About the Role
You will work in a 6-bed Childrens Residential Care home in a warm, supportive environment, caring for children ages 5-18 with learning and physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to learn, grow, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Shift Details:
- A mix of early shifts, late shifts, long days, or wake nights
- Includes alternate weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide a caring, consistent home environment for each young person
- Empower children to achieve goals, build confidence, and develop independence
- Serve as a positive role model
- Promote equality and diversity
- Ensure all health, educational, and care needs are met
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young Peoples Workforce
- Experience with children with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and related behavioral challenges
