About us:

We were established in 2007 by an experienced and dedicated team with an employment history that includes the health service, local authority and independent care providers.

The majority of our experience had been gained within the field of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, both corporately and within service management and delivery.

We began operationally trading on the 30th July 2007 with the opening of our first service, a day centre in the Birmingham area supporting service users from the local surrounding areas.

About the role:

We're hiring Support Worker for our services in Walsall!

This role involves driving Service Users from the services to planned activities and helping with daily tasks.

We're looking for team players with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Support Service Users in daily living tasks, including domestic chores, meal prep, budgeting, and community engagement.
  • Implement individualized support plans to achieve unique goals and aspirations.
  • Provide person-centred care on a 1-2-1 or 2-1-2 basis.
  • Maintain accurate records, including Daily Notes, Risk Assessments, Medication Administration, and Incident Reports.
  • Collaborate with professionals, families, and in-house support practitioners when needed.

Contracts Available:

37.5 hours (162.5 per month) = 15 (12-hour) shifts per month

33 hours (143 per month) = 13 (12-hour) shifts per month

22 hours (95.33 per month) = 9 (12-hour) shifts per month
