Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge? We're on the hunt for someone just like you to oversee the operations of our client's care facility. As the Registered Manager, you'll be offered a full-time position with an annual salary between 41,270 and 50,000. You'll be part of a dedicated team, including a service manager, deputy manager, and senior support worker, all working together to provide high-quality care. You'll also have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the individuals in your care.

Our client collaborates with local authorities to provide tailored therapeutic services to vulnerable individuals. Their team is trained in therapeutic crisis intervention, understanding the complex needs of young people and adults and working closely with local authorities and the NHS to prevent these individuals from becoming at risk.

As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the supported living services
  • Developing and implementing care plans in line with residents' needs
  • Supervising and leading a team of care staff, providing guidance and support
  • Managing medication administration and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Coordinating mental health services and activities
  • Overseeing the delivery of home care services to residents
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the management of the care facility
