As the Registered Manager, you'll be offered a full-time position with an annual salary between 41,270 and 50,000. You'll be part of a dedicated team, including a service manager, deputy manager, and senior support worker, all working together to provide high-quality care. As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the supported living services
- Developing and implementing care plans in line with residents' needs
- Supervising and leading a team of care staff, providing guidance and support
- Managing medication administration and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinating mental health services and activities
- Overseeing the delivery of home care services to residents
- Handling administrative tasks related to the management of the care facility
As the Registered Manager, you'll receive:
