Regeneration Assistant

Position: Regeneration Assistant
Rate of Pay: 13.05 per hour
Recruiter: Opus People Solutions, on behalf of our client
Location: Onsite full time at the Civic Centre and Walsall Library within Walsall Town Centre
Hours: 18.5 hours per week. Hours to be worked over 3 to 5 days, Monday - Friday.
Contract: 3-month ongoing temporary basis


About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, Walsall Council, for a Regeneration Officer. The role is crucial to efficiently support the Employment Advisors within the Walsall Works team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, enter, record and update data on recording systems and CRM systems.
  • Support and participate in Events such as Job Fairs.
  • Be first point of contact for inbound queries from external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Employment Advisors.


Essential Requirements
Experience:

    • Minimum of 6 months of administration experience in a similar role.
    • Good knowledge and confidence in using Microsoft Applications including Excel.
    • Commitment to work onsite at the Civic Centre and Walsall library.
    • Data Entry and Business Support experience is preferred.
    • Administration background is preferred.
    • Attention to detail is essential.
    • Good verbal and written communication is essential.
