- Duty Work: Respond to urgent cases and manage crisis situations as the first point of contact.
- Manage a caseload, develop care plans, and review cases regularly.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work with health, education, and other professionals to support families.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as needed.
