- Provide comprehensive social work support within the Corporate Parenting framework.
- Manage a caseload of 8-10 children and young people, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are upheld.
- Act as a senior member of the team, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Engage in safeguarding court work, ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to promote the welfare of children and ensure their safety.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate parenting or safeguarding court work is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and policies governing social work practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
