SEN Case Officer - PFA (9-25) Review Teams

Two opportunities available

Start Date: ASAP (January 2025)

Rate: £250 per day, umbrella Inside IR35

Duration: Until the end of March 2025 initially, very likely to extend

Working pattern: Fully remote

Interview dates: 15th/16th January 2025 – Microsoft Teams

Our client is seeking two interim Case Officers for one of their PFA (9-25) Review Teams.  You must have experience and be available to start within a week or two.

The contract is to 28/03/2025 in the first instance. This is very likely to extend and a rate of £250 per day umbrella Inside IR35 applies.  Interviews will likely be scheduled for the afternoons of Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th January 2025.  

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service
  • Relevant experience in the field of special educational needs, preferably within an educational or local authority setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legislative frameworks governing SEN provision, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEN Code of Practice 2015
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive practices and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEN
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
