Job Title: Social Worker - Duty And Assessment
Length of assignment: 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate: 33.30
Location: Wallsall
Remote/Office based:Hybrid

• Initial Assessments: Screen and assess the needs of children and families referred to the service.
• Child Protection: Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans for children at risk.
• Duty Work: Respond to urgent cases and manage crisis situations as the first point of contact.
• Manage a caseload, develop care plans, and review cases regularly.
• Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work with health, education, and other professionals to support families.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as needed.
