This is to start ASAP, on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during absence of teachers
- Ensure the students remain on task and follow the work set
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
- Provide support and guidance to students as needed
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth handover of lessons
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is a must
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments
- Commitment to the school's ethos and values
