Are you an experienced and qualified Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a student's life? We are currently seeking dedicated SEN TAs to work in both mainstream and special education settings, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) on a day-to-day or long-term basis. If you have a passion for inclusive education and can provide tailored support, Aspire want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or physical disabilities
* Assist with implementing personalized learning plans (EHCPs) and behavioural management strategies
* Support teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students
* Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and report student progress to teachers and SENCO
* Support students with personal care, where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect
* Assist with any therapy sessions, physical activities, or interventions

Requirements:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, ideally with SEN specialization
* Proven experience working with children with special educational needs
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Driving License: Preferred, for flexibility in supporting students across multiple locations or transport needs
