Are you an experienced and qualified Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a student's life? We are currently seeking dedicated SEN TAs to work in both mainstream and special education settings, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) on a day-to-day or long-term basis. If you have a passion for inclusive education and can provide tailored support, Aspire want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or physical disabilities* Assist with implementing personalized learning plans (EHCPs) and behavioural management strategies* Support teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students* Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment* Monitor and report student progress to teachers and SENCO* Support students with personal care, where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect* Assist with any therapy sessions, physical activities, or interventionsRequirements:* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, ideally with SEN specialization* Proven experience working with children with special educational needs* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management techniques* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)* Driving License: Preferred, for flexibility in supporting students across multiple locations or transport needsWhat Aspire can offer you as:* Flexibility* Excellent rates of pay* Recommend a friend scheme earning up to £250* A personal consultant (Shannon for this area)* Holiday Pay* A dedicated team and a specific point of call for all queries* Opportunity into long term rolesThis is an excellent opportunity to work at some of the best schools in your local area.
