  • Qualified and unqualified Teaching Assistants with previous experience working with children in child-related settings (such as schools, nurseries, or youth work).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support for students with special educational needs, supporting their learning and development.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and ensuring that students are engaged with the curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and supportive learning environment, helping students feel confident and motivated.
  • Covering staff absences and providing continuity in students' education, ensuring they continue to progress smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in a child-related setting (e.g., as a TA, nursery worker, youth worker, or similar).
  • A strong commitment to working with students with SEN and supporting their educational journey.
  • Adaptability - you'll be working in a variety of classroom settings and need to be flexible to meet the needs of the students.
  • Availability for short-term, flexible contracts in a special school in Walsall.
